The Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action intends to support large companies with climate change mitigation contracts on a scale of billions of euros for the transition to climate-friendly production. Besides this, the energy system is to be restructured, with expanded production and use of renewable energies and modernization of the power plant network. New-build power plants must be hydrogen-ready and thus need to be planned accordingly right from the outset.
Hydrogen is one of five trending topics at HANNOVER MESSE, with over 500 companies showcasing hydrogen and fuel technologies at the Hannover Exhibition Center. Other overarching topics include CO2-neutral production, artificial intelligence, energy management and Industrie 4.0.
This year's lead topic at HANNOVER MESSE is "Industrial Transformation – Making the Difference"
