New D100S and D120S models open up new performance ranges

With the D100S and D120S models, AERZEN is introducing two high-performance models to the direct-drive Delta Hybrid series. While the D100S unit is designed for a flow rate of up to 6,060 cubic meters per hour, the D120S covers flow rates of up to 7,320 cubic meters per hour and adds another finely graded performance level to the portfolio. This gives plant operators and engineers significantly greater flexibility in system design, as well as the ability to tailor systems more precisely to specific process requirements.

Energy savings of up to 37 percent

Like all units in the Delta Hybrid series, the two new sizes provide a reliable supply of process air that is 100 percent oil- and PFAS-free. The units operate consistently with high efficiency and cost-effectiveness across an extended control range of up to 1:5. Compared to conventional blowers, the direct-drive Delta Hybrid series enables energy savings of up to 37 percent.

Reliable operational safety with first-class energy efficiency

The screw blowers are designed for maximum load to ensure high process reliability and a long service life. Key factors include bearings with a theoretical service life of more than 60,000 operating hours, pressure lubrication of the rolling bearings, extended oil change intervals of up to 16,000 operating hours, and an oil cooler. These modifications enable continuous operation with minimal maintenance requirements and result in a significant reduction in the total cost of ownership for the operator.

Groundbreaking Compressor Stage

The foundation of thermodynamic efficiency is the innovative compressor stage, which combines newly designed, highly efficient screw rotor profiles with optimized internal flow guidance. A direct drive system, combined with motors in efficiency class IE5 (Ultra Premium), serves as the drive unit. Thanks to the frequency converter integrated at the factory, the delivered airflow can be continuously and precisely adjusted to meet specific process requirements. Furthermore, the units set the standard for noise minimization and are among the quietest systems on the market in their performance segment.

Integrated Control and Monitoring Technology

The integrated AERtronic unit control system efficiently regulates and monitors the Delta Hybrid. It ensures that all relevant operating data is transmitted to the higher-level control system and can be accessed at any time via a browser, tablet, or smartphone. This results in simplified operation, high transparency, and reliable process control. This ensures minimized downtime, stable processes, and noticeably greater efficiency.

Compact Plug-and-Play Solution

The Delta Hybrid units are designed as a compact plug-and-play solution and are assembled and preconfigured at the factory to be fully ready for connection, making them ready for connection and operation immediately upon delivery. A simple operating and maintenance concept ensures straightforward handling and fast service processes.
