For this purpose, Topas manufactures complex test systems for the measurement of filters, filter media and separators. Currently, Topas supports with its innovative expertise and hardware solutions the detection of possible propagation paths of viruses and supplies test systems for testing masks and respiratory filters or for testing various parameters on filter media.

A central small parts warehouse was already designed by Hänel during the planning of the new company building. Six Hänel Lean-Lifts® connect the production levels across two floors. The employees at the Hänel vertical lifts can access the complete range of components via nine retrieval points. A high level of inventory security is ensured at all times thanks to seamless warehouse logging.

Topas uses software developed in-house as the company-wide ERP system. This inventory management system is seamlessly linked to HänelSoft®-N. All inventories and stock movements in the Hänel Lean-Lifts® are thus always centrally synchronized with the ERP. This software connection offers decisive advantages for production. For example, a reorder can be triggered automatically if minimum article stocks are fallen short of, and the material flow can be viewed throughout the company.
