The international systems integrator VINCI Energies combines industrial expertise with ICT expertise through its brands Axians and Actemium. Under the motto “Industrial Solutions. Proven. Secured.”, visitors to HANNOVER MESSE 2026 will be able to experience the convergence of the two worlds of OT (Operational Technology) and IT (Information Technology) firsthand through numerous practical examples. This also includes their (cyber) security and solutions for data sovereignty, the use of artificial intelligence (AI), and modern wireless network technology. The result: industrial facilities become more connected, more powerful, more productive, more energy-efficient, and more secure—in compliance with current legal regulations such as NIS-2. On approximately 210 square meters at Booth J28 in Hall 14, a multinational team will present a wide variety of industrial solutions.

Live Showcase: OT Smart Factory

Using a detailed, realistic model, Axians and Actemium demonstrate in the Actemium Automation Area how the optimal integration of the IT and OT worlds into a Smart Factory can succeed even in the complex process industry: Various process control systems communicate with one another, AI supports remote monitoring and predictive maintenance (from the shop floor to the processes), and a custom-fit cybersecurity module ensures comprehensive IT/OT security. Visitors can experience OT security and attack detection, real-time data correlation, and an OT-based Security Operations Center (SOC) live, among other things.

Use cases aim to highlight the future viability of German industry

Via an interactive touchscreen, visitors can intuitively and individually display exactly the content that interests them most on a large-format LED wall. Interactive real-world project stories—ranging from the transportation industry to automotive and the paper industry—provide insights into best practice cases and illustrate how Axians and Actemium are jointly implementing digital transformation. The presented use cases are intended to underscore the future viability of German industry.

Guided Tours and Workstations

Visitors can also book structured guided tours—either in groups or individually—to explore specific topics and highlights at the Axians and Actemium booth according to their interests. During the tour, they will experience live demos and customer-centric showcases and have the opportunity to engage directly with experts. Five workstations also offer the chance to delve even deeper into the topics of OT/Industrial Solutions, Cyber Security, Network & IT, Infrastructure & vPacks, and International Network/Global Axians Capabilities.
