HP and Siemens want to print faster together

The 3D printing system manufacturer HP and the digitization and automation specialists from Siemens are intensifying their 3D printing sector alliance. For series production of plastic parts in medium quantities, Siemens is integrating its recently presented Jet Fusion 5200 3D printer from HD into its digital ecosystem. The joint additive manufacturing solution is expected to provide faster and more efficient 3D printing and includes hardware, software and quality control features. See P.
HP’s 3D printing and data platform is being combined with various components of Siemens software for digitized industrial manufacturing, such as Siemens NX CAD/CAE, NX AM, the HP Jet Fusion software module, Teamcenter for PLM, Tecnomatix Plant Simulation, Simatic IT and the open IIoT platform Mindsphere. Core functions include creating digital twins of products and production.
