At HANNOVER MESSE 2026, Rockwell Automation will demonstrate how manufacturers can accelerate their journey from automation to autonomy, supported by industrial-grade AI, embedded intelligence, and “secure-by-design” architectures for business-critical environments.
“Our focus this year is clear: We are helping the industry make the transition from automation to autonomy and achieve measurable business results. Visitors will see that industrial AI, digital twins, and secure OT architectures are no longer just visions of the future, but are already delivering real value and are ready for deployment today,” says Jordan Reynolds, Vice President of Artificial Intelligence & Autonomy at Rockwell Automation.
In the “AI in Manufacturing” Hall 27, Rockwell Automation will showcase practical applications, AI-powered smart machines, and self-optimizing systems that enable manufacturers to increase productivity, improve quality, and implement scalable autonomy.
With more than 100 years of experience in Operational Technology (OT) and deep IT/OT integration expertise, Rockwell pursues a production-ready approach to industrial AI designed for complex industrial environments. By directly embedding AI into operational processes, the company enables real-time optimization, predictive insights, and autonomous control across design, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
At HANNOVER MESSE 2026, visitors will learn how this approach supports a secure and confident digital transformation and enables manufacturers to deploy AI at scale without compromising critical production processes or neglecting safety and compliance requirements.
Rockwell will use practical demonstrations to show how companies can transition from traditional automation to autonomous, results-oriented operating models, including with Emulate3D digital twin software, the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform, industrial AI solutions, and the SecureOT cybersecurity portfolio. The offering is complemented by guided tours and discussions with subject matter experts.
