CPX-E is part of the Festo Automation platform. In this platform you are able to completely integrate electric axes and drives (servo drives plus servo or stepper motors) with 2 clicks only into your programming environment, and in a few minutes make it operate. CPX-E supports Industry 4.0 style modular production systems with autonomous cells, using decentralized intelligence. It offers Motion Control up to 32 interpolated axes. An OPC-UA server is integrated and the CPX-IOT gateway part of the family. Your data is in less than 3 min in the Festo cloud and offers the option to integrate AI (artificial intelligence: inside device/on edge, or in the cloud as a Festo solution package).
