Which innovations, products, or application examples at your booth attracted the greatest interest?

There was particular interest in our latest developments in inductive signal transmission and our electronics hardware. Both significantly simplify the integration of our measurement technology into existing machine and plant designs. What was especially exciting for us was the wide range of interested parties: from household appliances and industrial machinery to wind power applications. This underlines that wherever rotating components need to be monitored, HCP Sense can make a relevant contribution — “preventing bearing damage instead of merely predicting it.”

HANNOVER MESSE 2026 was strongly shaped by AI and digitalization. Which topics dominated your conversations with customers and partners, and what key insights are you taking away from the event?

A key topic was how machine conditions can be monitored and evaluated even more effectively based on data in the future. There is a growing understanding that every truly valuable AI application starts with high-quality data. Such data does not emerge on its own, but is generated through reliable, precise, and application-oriented sensor technology. This is exactly where we see an important lever for making condition monitoring, AI, and digital services truly usable in industrial applications.

Looking ahead, which technological and economic developments do you believe will have the greatest impact on industry, and what role does hcp aim to play in shaping this future?

We do not see abrupt disruptions, but rather a continuous development toward machines that are increasingly well monitored and operated more efficiently. Key drivers include the shortage of skilled personnel in maintenance and operation, rising availability requirements, and the need for greater energy and resource efficiency. HCP Sense will therefore continue to focus on making relevant condition data available directly from within the machine, thereby creating the foundation for predictive maintenance, process optimization, and data-driven business models.
