1) What solution are you presenting at the trade fair this year?

Together with our group sub-brand, iTAC Software AG, we are presenting a software development of the Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM). The product DXQcontrol is a complete, single source solution for production planning and control.

2) What are the possible applications of your product?

The product can be used in productions across all industries. The new MOM solution is a state-of-the-art modularized software solution for production monitoring, control and optimization. The new architecture offers multiple microservices that can be flexibly deployed in cloud/IIoT platforms, on-premises, on-edge or in hybrid scenarios. The unique selling point of the software solution is the completely new approach that rethinks monolithic IT solutions. While a maximum of modularity, flexibility and openness is realized while maintaining the integration of the different functional modules. And all this from a single source.

3) What is the product’s main benefit for the customer?

The previous monolithic architecture of MES solutions is completely rethought and replaced. It now enables the use of microservices that communicate with each other. This solution represents the industrial transformation. Our trade fair motto this year, "Real industrial transformation. Digitize today. Enable tomorrow." serves as the transformation of MES solutions to date. A smart factory thrives on end-to-end digitization, in which machines and systems from all subsections communicate with each other. We will be demonstrating our expert knowledge of manufacturing and digitization at HANNOVER MESSE 2023.

Industrial transformation requires greater flexibility to respond quickly to market changes and customer needs. MOM systems can contribute to this by improving the ability to quickly adapt production processes and thus reduce the need for manual intervention.

iTAC's MES know-how (product: iTAC.MOM.Suite) bundled with our SCADA knowledge (product: DXQcontrol) allows us to incorporate our expertise into the development. Joint development teams are working to bring hardware and software ever closer together.
