Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway 100 is the first Cyber Immune gateway that enables direct and protected connection of industrial IoT equipment to IT services and applications for industrial data analysis.

Built on Siemens IoT2040 and KasperskyOS, the gateway is immune to the majority of attacks, as it can only perform actions, that were envisaged at design stage. Secure-by-design, it does not require traditional added protection.

What is the product’s main benefit for the customer?

Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway 100 is essential for secure digital transformation in industrial organizations. It allows collecting data about production and using in analytical services to increase production efficiency and optimize costs.

With Cyber Immunity, the gateway is resistant to the vast majority of cyberattacks and protects data, which is transmitted from devices to the cloud platform. The gateway supports OPC UA and integrates with the Siemens MindSphere platform.

The gateway is capable of collecting much more data than existing control systems with the ability to sample at the require time. For example, modern automated process control systems perceive only 10-15% of information for operational monitoring and control. At the same time, modern industrial equipment in average generates up to 15 thousand signals per minute, where the signal volume is 80 kb.

The gateway securely connects OT with IT. Plants and factories can now send their telemetry data through the gateway with ultimate levels of trust, and business users can apply it to digital services with reduced risk to physical assets.
