WIBU-SYSTEMS from Karlsruhe comes to Hanover after the pandemic-related break with a good portion of motivation and of course with suitable solutions for the leading topic "Industrial Transformation". In addition to the intention to establish new partnerships and refresh existing partnerships in personal discussions, WIBU-SYSTEMS will focus on two important topics for the digital industry of the future: Licensing and Certificates.

In this context, the newly developed CodeMeter Triple Mode Redundancy (TMR) server will celebrate a premiere. CodeMeter, WIBU-SYSTEMS' technology for protection, licensing and security, provides software producers and manufacturers of intelligent devices with a total of 23 different licensing models, including a high availability license, where the user uses a redundant license server, based on the 2-out-of-3 concept. This ensures the availability of the protected software even in the event of a server failure. The new solution is based on the fact that the whole TMR system runs as a single network. With the CodeMeter TMR server, users can rely on their own data center with a proven, permanent configuration of five servers that can be run as virtual machines. Three license servers operate in a federation: as long as two of these three servers are available, users can use the licenses. A newly developed, duplicate TMR server is provided as an interface to the clients, which can be reached by the clients under a virtual IP address.
