As well as a wide range of innovations from Industry 4.0, services and drive engineering, SEW-EURODRIVE is also at HANNOVER MESSE 2017 to present the "MOVIDRIVE modular" application inverter from the field of automation technology - the first module from the innovative "MOVI-C" modular automation system, which the company is using to herald the future of automation.

The system consists of four main modules overall. As well as the "MOVIDRIVE" now being premiered, it includes the intuitive "MOVISUITE" engineering software, which combines intuitive startup, configuration and diagnostics. The control technology of the "MOVI-C CONTROLLER" in this combination solution ensures more flexible configuration and less programming work. It is based on the standardized "MOVIKIT" modules and the "MOVIRUN" software platform. And finally, the actual drive technology offers the key advantage that each individual drive from the SEW-EURODRIVE portfolio is compatible with the new "MOVI-C" modular automation system.
