These mini-factories are training models that can be used to map individual production steps and even entire production lines. At the Motek trade fair held from October 8-11 in Stuttgart, fischertechnik will present an entire plant operated with 9-volt standard voltage. This system is programmed using Robo Pro software developed by fischertechnik, while the sensors can be activated from any location via a cloud application. The training models from fischertechnik are a proven means for companies to “test workflows before making major investments,” states Guido Schubert, Head of Industrial Sales at fischertechnik.
For years, fischertechnik models have been used in training Industry 4.0 topics. The manufacturer also cooperates with SAP, where its simulation systems are used in two training networks. The toymaker has offered a product line meeting requirements for teaching and further training since the 1980s.
