The HARTING Technology Group is expanding its PushPull portfolio with the new PushPull V4 Power QuickLock—a solution designed for particularly fast and tool-free installation. The target applications are primarily in mechanical engineering, automation technology, and energy-intensive industrial environments where safe and efficient installation processes are required.

The QuickLock system enables the connection of conductors without additional tools. Compared to traditional screw or crimp connections, the time required for assembly is significantly reduced. At the same time, high contact reliability is ensured. The PushPull locking mechanism provides an intuitive and robust connection that functions reliably even under demanding conditions such as vibration or confined spaces.

Technically, the solution is based on the proven PushPull V4 standard for rectangular connectors in harsh industrial environments. The connector is designed for power transmission and supports applications with high current requirements. By combining power contacts with tool-free connection technology, the system addresses the growing need for modular, maintenance-friendly installation concepts.

Another advantage lies in the reduction of potential sources of error: Since no torque needs to be controlled and no loose screws are used, the risk of installation errors is reduced.
