Anyone working on new hydrogen technologies, in theory or in practice, should mark February 4 and 5, 2025 in their calendars. That's when the Center for Fuel Cell Technology (ZBT) is inviting all developers, researchers and H2 tech aficionados to the first ZBT Hydrogen Days in Duisburg. The focus of this technology forum for business and science is on exchanging ideas about technical innovations and networking.

“We want to bring together people who are enthusiastically developing solutions for our clean energy system of the future,” says ZBT Managing Director Dr. Peter Beckhaus, describing the motivation for the conference format, which is in the tradition of the former AiF Fuel Cell Alliance. ”We want to make the innovations from companies and application-oriented research visible – from small details with a big impact to complex overall systems.”

The Hydrogen Days bring together people from the research and development departments of large, medium-sized and small companies, as well as start-ups and scientists from application-oriented research – people who are themselves working on innovative hydrogen technologies. “And, of course, we don't send anyone without an R&D background away either,” Beckhaus promises. “Above all, we hope to increase the momentum in the hydrogen sector with the ZBT Hydrogen Days.”

The event will take place at the Fraunhofer InHaus Center in Duisburg (right next to ZBT). Further information can be found at https://indico.h2fc.center/event/33 – where you can also register.
