Fueled by rising demands for efficiency and quality as well as the increasing miniaturization of components, more and more processes are being automated in more and more areas, including modern wire harnessing. To meet the aforementioned demands, the Swiss Komax Group is continually completing and optimizing its already extensive portfolio of wire processing machines. In combination with a wide range of accessories, this results in complete solutions from a single source. Komax emphasizes the great flexibility and short changeover times of all its machines as a common feature. The strategy is rounded off by uniform and networkable operating software, which also enables existing know-how to be used.

At HANNOVER MESSE 2022, Komax is now expanding its product range to include the compact, fully automatic Zeta 620 wire-processing machine, which, according to Komax, makes it possible to build control cabinets just-in-time - and wire harnessing is highly efficient from batch size one. The Zeta 620 produces entire parts lists in the smallest possible space and stores the wires sorted and labeled. Attractive module options such as the CM F-20, which processes up to five different wire-end ferrules, further simplify production and ensure even greater time and cost savings.
