Within this portfolio, the MOM system forms a central foundation for transparency, controllability, and efficiency in manufacturing.

For ten years, iTAC has played a key role in the Dürr Group in the development of scalable and integrated manufacturing management solutions. The iTAC.MOM.Suite controls and optimizes production processes, supports detailed planning via an integrated Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) system, and links production management, logistics, material flow, and maintenance in a seamless system.

Standardized, Group-wide MOM

In addition, the Dürr Group has implemented the “OneMES Strategy” in collaboration with iTAC. A standardized, group-wide MOM was developed for the production sites within the Dürr Group, which maps manufacturing digitally and in real time and serves as a best-practice reference for the rollout of comparable structures in other mechanical engineering companies.

From MES Provider to Global MOM Ecosystem

As mentioned above, since becoming part of Dürr, iTAC has consistently evolved from a traditional MES specialist into a provider of a broad, internationally positioned MOM ecosystem. To this end, iTAC has integrated several companies into the group as subsidiaries over the years—expanding the portfolio both technologically and geographically. For example, DUALIS strengthens expertise in APS and simulation, thereby complementing operational production control with robust planning and detailed scheduling. Since 2021, Cogiscan has been expanding capabilities—particularly in electronics manufacturing—around machine connectivity, track & trace, and analytics, building on an already strongly international customer base.
