Practical AI solutions accelerate SMEs
Salesforce and Deutsche Telekom are launching a joint digital initiative to accelerate AI penetration in German SMEs. With Deutsche Telekom's Visit Report Agent, employees can make meeting notes and take action directly in Salesforce – based on intelligent RCS voice chat.

Together with Deutsche Telekom, Salesforce announced the launch of the new digital initiative for SMEs at the Agentforce World Tour in Düsseldorf. The aim is to support SMEs in Germany with practical and scalable AI-based solutions that can be quickly implemented and put to productive use. This should pave the way for them to become agentic enterprises.
Tailor-made solutions increase competitiveness
The central component is Agentforce 360, Salesforce's AI platform, combined with Deutsche Telekom's integration, consulting, network and security services. Together, the two partners want to offer tailor-made solutions and pre-configured pre-packaged bundles that enable companies to make their business processes more efficient, improve customer experiences and increase their competitiveness in the long term.

Visit Report Agent: AI-supported sales automation for SMEs
The first component of the new initiative is Visit Report Agent. Telekom has developed this solution based on Salesforce technology specifically for sales organisations in medium-sized businesses. It helps to significantly reduce the administrative effort after customer appointments: after a meeting, sales staff automatically receive a notification and can conveniently follow up on the meeting via a short AI-supported voice dialogue. The digital assistant automatically creates a structured summary, identifies tasks and updates relevant data directly in the Salesforce application via the Einstein Prompt Builder. The implementation is accompanied by specialised AI workshops and project teams that support companies with the introduction, customisation and quality assurance.
