In 2015, the highly successful joint showcase for pump systems and components celebrated its fifth anniversary, and this year it’s set to continue its winning streak with over 35 companies from around the world exhibiting their innovations on an unprecedented 850 square meters (9,150 sq.ft.). The PUMP PLAZA , which will be located in Hall 15 at Stand G43, has become something of a meeting point for users from across the industrial spectrum with an interest in pumps and pump components, pump systems and instrumentation, drive technology and frequency converters, measurement and control solutions, electric actuators and maintenance services.
Since its premiere in 2010, the group pavilion has been highly popular with trade visitors, trade delegations and Guided Technology Tour participants. The PUMP PLAZA 's new, high-quality design, which retains the pavilion's open layout, is intended to garner even more attention and to further improve communication between the exhibitors and visitors. It will feature a new catered hospitality section, complete with a bar and adjoining lounge area, to enable informal networking in a relaxed setting.
The PUMP PLAZA has well and truly become one of the mainstays of HANNOVER MESSE, thanks to its welcoming atmosphere and the technical expertise of its exhibitors. One of the regular highlight events at the pavilion is the PUMP PLAZA concert, which will kick off on Wednesday, 27 April at 5:30 p.m. Also known as the PUMPparty, the concert always attracts a lively and highly international audience of industry professionals. On the following day, pump technology will be in the spotlight at the Industrial Automation Forum. Dubbed PUMPday, Thursday, 28 April will feature a number of technical lectures in the morning that will be complemented by a panel discussion on energy-efficient pumps and pump systems in the early afternoon.
