The focus was on NEXAIRA, an AI-powered digital ecosystem designed to optimize the operation of existing ventilation and cooling systems. The platform analyzes operational data in real time, visualizes potential savings, and dynamically adjusts control parameters. It is capable of achieving enormous energy savings of up to 50%.

Highlights included:

  • large-format animations and live dashboards that visualize energy flows and efficiency gains,
  • AI-optimized data center cooling, illustrated via a digital control cabinet application with real-time data,
  • intelligent retrofit with live dashboards and a direct old-to-new comparison of fan technologies, using the example of the ventilation system in an entire exhibition hall in Hanover that was digitized and energy-optimized.

    • This application demonstrated in real life how existing systems can be operated more efficiently, transparently, and predictably—with approximately 30% energy savings and an ROI of about 2 years. This is complemented by a new energy savings and ROI guarantee.
