The innovation cluster based in Chemnitz is dedicated to the topics of fuel cells and green hydrogen and, in this context, manages a comprehensive value network in the Free State of Saxony. In this way, HZwo enables the players involved to gain early access to future sales markets and thus a technological advantage, sustainably securing Saxony's future as a high-tech location.

In order to make fuel cell systems more understandable in general and subsequently increase their acceptance, the cH2ance transformation hub project has now developed a modular system that can be lent to companies, research institutions and educational institutions for use in further training courses. According to HZwo, the model of a fuel cell system vividly demonstrates the main components, which have been manufactured in precise detail using a 3D printing process. The corresponding media flows are represented by different colored LEDs that simulate the paths of hydrogen, oxygen and coolant as well as their flow directions in the system. Conveniently packed in a case, the system kit is ideal for in-house presentations and training. The factsheets included in the case explain the structure and function of the individual components and highlight important technical aspects.

The modular system was developed in particular for companies in the automotive and supplier industry (especially SMEs), research institutions, educational institutions and technology service providers.
