At HANNOVER MESSE 2026, the Minden-based connectivity specialists from HARTING will showcase various connector and cabling solutions specifically designed to meet upcoming demands. Below, we present some of the highlights showcased in the capital of Lower Saxony.
Energy Resilience
Future-proof connectivity is designed to support the efficient generation, transmission, storage, and use of energy—while simultaneously reducing losses. At the same time, according to HARTING, it meets the requirements for high performance, harsh environmental conditions, and limited installation space. Innovations such as the new Han S 450 Plus (500 A / 2,000 V) make it possible to design future-proof battery systems while accelerating scaling. In addition, HARTING is presenting new solutions for wind energy, hydrogen applications, and grid infrastructure. One example is the world premiere of the new Han-Eco size 4 for space-saving high-power power distribution.
Scalable manufacturing systems
Whether users opt for the proven Han rectangular connectors or the expanded range of circular connectors—HARTING’s connection solutions fundamentally offer machine and robot manufacturers the flexibility to adapt quickly, easily, and cost-effectively to new requirements. Examples of this in Hanover include the ICC 20 with SPE integration, the compact size 4 from HARTING’s Han series, and new locking technologies. With suitable assemblies and process technologies—such as twisted contacts on tape—users can save additional time and costs.
Devices that will still impress tomorrow
Future-proof devices require future-proof connectivity: The miniaturized, robust, and high-performance PCB connection solutions from the East Westphalian company are designed to enable particularly compact, future-proof devices for higher data rates—from the control cabinet (IP20) to the field level (IP6x). HARTING’s design-in support makes a difference here: From concept to series production, development is accelerated with CAD data, digital tools, rapid prototyping, and expert consultation. Built on standards and backed by HARTING’s world-leading DIN 41612 expertise, the solutions offered ensure global interoperability and proven quality.
New Digital Tools
With a digital twin, a digital product data passport for more than 13,000 products, and intelligent engineering tools, HARTING helps users design faster, make more informed decisions, and procure more efficiently. Visitors to Hannover can discover solutions for both digital engineering and procurement—and the seamless integration of both functions to save time and resources.
