1. Who are you and where are you from?
We are craftworks from Vienna, Austria (www.craftworks.ai).

2. Please describe your product or solution
craftworks develops individual AI and software solutions for predictive quality and predictive maintenance in industrial companies. We work on an open source basis. We have a product called navio. This platform provides seamless management, deployment and monitoring of machine learning models to solidify MLOps.

3. What was or is your biggest challenge?
No challenge is too big for us, but of course the CoVID-19 pandemic has made it more difficult for us to present ourselves to the market. For example, because HANNOVER MESSE did not take place or only took place online.

4. Which are your target markets and customer groups?
DACH is the main market for our services. We work a lot for industrial companies, but not exclusively. We sell navio throughout Europe and offer it worldwide because it is a SaaS product that can be used via the cloud, on-premise or on edge devices.

5. What are your goals at HANNOVER MESSE?

We would like to introduce ourselves and show the products that we already have in the field of AI implementation (for example, our MLops platform navio) or those that we are currently developing. We look forward to visits at booth A20 (B25) in Hall 3 from companies or organizations that need support with digitalization and process optimization using software and artificial intelligence.
