Lead generation.

2. Did you achieve this goal at HANNOVER MESSE 2022?
Definitely! We at bugshell were able to talk with many companies. That was very instructive, because as a startup, it is all about gathering feedback at the beginning. We had to understand whether our offer would resonate with the market. In the end, we were able to make over 100 contacts and now have a number of projects in the planning phase.

3. In hindsight, would you make any preparations differently?
We are an experienced team. For example, I have already gained some trade show experience. That is why we have already tackled many things correctly. One point, however, we have to improve significantly and that is approaching to companies in advance. This simply allows more time to talk to companies at the show.

4. What advice about show preparations do you have for other startups?
We recommend that startups take full advantage of the show. This requires a team of at least three people. One person should always be at the exhibit and the other two talk to potential customers in the exhibition halls. After all, sometimes you need a break. In addition, you should also use all social media channels.

5. What was your highlight at HANNOVER MESSE 2022?
Our highlight was of course our pitch! Shortly thereafter, we received an incredibly positive response from companies that we never would have expected. Representatives of several medium-sized German companies and a DAX company were at our exhibit. That boosts morale.
