This approach enables the company to offer scalable and reliable solutions that meet the technical and regulatory requirements of the most advanced markets.

At the trade show, the company is presenting solutions that support the digitalization of industrial processes, optimize energy consumption, and modernize electrical infrastructure, thereby contributing to more efficient, resilient, and sustainable operations. The portfolio on display reflects WEG’s strategy of acting as a long-term technology partner for industry and going beyond the mere supply of individual devices.

The energy transition is one of the central pillars of this strategy. A significant portion of the company’s solutions directly contributes to reducing customers’ energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and operating costs, making the decarbonization of industry technically feasible and economically sustainable.

With an established industrial presence in Germany, WEG operates four locations in the country, including three production facilities and a sales and engineering branch. The company employs approximately 640 people in Germany, spread across strategic locations such as Kerpen, where the headquarters for the European market is located, as well as branches in Homberg, Balingen, and Nuremberg. Through this structure, WEG serves the European market with engineering, customization, testing, logistics, and services within the framework of a global management model with local implementation.
