Condensate is always produced during compressed air generation. However, before it can be disposed of as wastewater, the oil it contains must be separated from the condensate. Conventional passive oil-water separators operate on the principle of gravity: the condensate seeps through a filter that absorbs the oil. The Aquamat i.CF completely redefines condensate treatment and intelligently and actively ensures the highest level of process and operational reliability.

Reliable and resource-efficient operation

A new feature is the internal Aquamat Control system. This monitors the condensate level in the oil-water separator. Once the maximum level is reached, the condensate is passed through the filter cartridges using gentle bursts of compressed air. This has the advantage of significantly improving the utilization of the cartridges’ adsorption capacity. As a result, the Aquamat i.CF operates reliably and conserves resources even under demanding conditions. And if, contrary to expectations, a malfunction does occur, it is immediately detected and reported.

Guided Step-by-Step through Nnecessary tasks

This active operating mode makes it possible, for the first time, to determine the remaining service life of the filter cartridges based on their load. As a result, the network-compatible Aquamat Control system not only makes maintenance of the oil-water separator predictable, but also guides the user step-by-step through the necessary tasks. Particularly intelligent: Pressurization empties the cartridges before replacement, allowing them to be easily changed based on their current weight.

Setting new standards in hygiene as well

The entire system design of the Aquamat i.CF also sets new standards in hygiene. Cartridge replacement requires no contact with the condensate and is performed completely free of contamination—protecting both the environment and service personnel.

Reliable oil-water separation for flow rates up to 90 m³/min

The Aquamat i.CF is available in five new model variants for compressors with flow rates ranging from 8 to 90 m³/min. A particularly practical feature: All models use only one cartridge size. This significantly simplifies spare parts inventory and procurement, saving both time and money.

The different capacities of the five model variants are achieved by connecting multiple cartridges in parallel. Thanks to the modular design, the respective capacity can be easily adjusted even retroactively without any problems.

Maximum technical and legal reliability

The Aquamat i.CF is certified and approved by the Institute for Construction Technology in Berlin for the treatment of compressor condensate from mineral and synthetic oils, thereby offering “state-of-the-art” treatment. For the operator, this means the highest possible level of both technical and legal reliability.
