Technological advances will help the health service process not only limited to queuing systems, payment systems and pharmaceutical management systems in hospital services but also available medical devices that are more complete and have an impact on accelerating patient recovery so that the life expectancy and productivity levels of humans will increase.

A clear example of the use of other information technology in the health sector is the technology of consumers who use cell phones and fitness devices that are daily used to collect various detailed data about a person's health and fitness status. In addition, patients also able to order medicines online and even online transportation services are available so that patients do not need to go anywhere to get medicines, information and health services.

The industrial revolution 4.0 offers a variety of changes and advances including the field of health technology, which changes the perspective of health care itself. It is hoped that the development and innovation of this technology will reduce problems and support efforts to improve the quality of health services in the present and future.

One of the important highlights in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is that automation and digitization of health technology do not necessarily negate the role of humans in it. However, the quality of technological mastery remains in the hands of the health resources in it.

One of the focuses on the development of health technology in the future will be directed to facilitate patient access to health services. In addition, the world of health and medicine will also be increasingly sophisticated with the development of the following technologies. The first is called Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the form of a machine that functions to diagnose certain diseases or examinations. Second, devices that are worn on the body or called wearables have several uses such as assessing sleep patterns, measuring heart rate, blood sugar levels and others.

The third, called Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), serves as a tool to change the way patients are treated and treated. For example, patients with Alzheimer's and dementia can help bring back memories or events in the past. Finally, it is called a blockchain, which functions to transfer the patient's medical history, making it easier for doctors to see the patient's complete medical history so that patients can immediately get the necessary care and treatment.

Following these technological advances, the Ministry of Health created a startup application to make it easier for the public to get health information and interactive online consultations that can be accessed for free called Sehatpedia. The Sehatpedia application is a way for the Ministry of Health to adjust to the advancement of industrial technology 4.0. The public can easily obtain health information by utilizing this technology.

Secretary of the Directorate General of Health Services, dr. Agus Hadian Rahim, Sp. OT (K), M. Epid, MH.Kes explained that the Sehatpedia application can be accessed by all Indonesian people and Health consultation services will be responded to by doctors from more than 32 vertical hospitals of the Ministry of Health.

The health sector is the sector most likely to benefit from the Industrial Revolution 4.0 due to the merging of physical, digital and biological systems, although it may also be the sector that is least prepared to accept it. Based on the many literatures reviewed by researchers, there are many impacts of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the health sector. There have been changes and advances in the health sector, particularly in dental implants, cosmetic surgery and oncology. Proper dental implant planning and placement is accomplished with modern 3D imaging and implant treatment planning systems.
