Endress+Hauser has now added the new FTL51 model to its tried-and-tested Liquiphant level-measuring portfolio. The Liquiphant FTL51 was developed in line with IEC 61508, specifically for the process industry, and can be put to immediate use in SIL2 and SIL3 applications without any additional preparations. Measuring with the same impressive reliability as all Liquiphant products, the FTL51 is not affected by changing media properties, flow, turbulence, gas bubbles, foam, vibrations or deposits. Utilizing an intuitive wizard, the new point level switch is set to make regular SIL or WHG proof testing a straightforward, mobile operation with subsequent automatic documentation of the results.
