Parker Hannifin, the world's leading supplier of drive and control technologies, recently announced the introduction of four groundbreaking product series for heat management solutions: NSAC, NSEC and NSIC cartridge quick disconnect couplings and NSSC screw couplings. These new products have been designed to meet the complex requirements of electronics cooling, battery manufacturing, information technology (IT), energy management, mobile and transportation technology, and industrial equipment. The new cartridge versions of Parker's proven quick-connect couplings feature an advanced blind-mate capability that enables seamless connections even when parts are misaligned.

“We are very excited to introduce these cartridge versions, which reflect our commitment to advancing thermal management technology,” said Liana Jaskot, application and product manager for quick-connect couplings at Parker High Pressure Connectors Europe. ”These solutions will provide our customers with unrivaled efficiency, reliability and ease of use, while enabling the development of more sustainable liquid cooling systems.”

The quick-disconnect cartridge couplings are designed for easy integration into existing systems, increasing their flexibility and reliability. Since they work with various coolants and can withstand demanding conditions, they are well suited for use in data centers and IT infrastructures that require advanced cooling technologies. As a member of the Open Compute Project (OCP) community, Parker is focused on sharing best practices and innovating in technologies for data centers and cloud computing. This partnership underscores the company's commitment to advancing forward-thinking solutions that improve the efficiency and sustainability of thermal management systems.

Complementing the cartridge series, the NSSC series of threaded quick-connect couplings is designed to provide significant advantages in thermal management applications. “The NSSC series embodies Parker's commitment as a pioneer in the field of heat management,” says Jaskot. ‘This introduction not only reduces installation time and effort, but also ensures greater reliability and ease of maintenance.’ One of the outstanding features of the NSSC series is said to be its ability to connect under pressure, making it ideal for applications where system availability is critical. The design takes misalignment into account and enables connections without direct line of sight, further increasing user convenience.
