Berlin-based PSI Software SE announced that it has modernized its corporate design as part of its strategic realignment. The new, modern visual identity is intended to underscore the company’s technological excellence, in-depth industry knowledge, and unwavering customer focus. With this move, the Berlin-based company aims to reinforce its position as an innovative technology leader in the field of scalable, AI- and cloud-based software solutions for utilities and industry.

However, the name PSI remains unchanged as part of the corporate design refresh. The new design of the PSI letters forms the basis for a modular layout system and flexible, consistent brand communication. The new, unique icon—a combination of a globe and the previous walnut—is intended to reflect PSI’s international focus and core process expertise.

According to PSI, the highly technical structure of the logo within a clear pixel matrix also underscores the company’s further-developed identity as an innovative software company. The new brand colors—dark gray, white, aquamarine, and lilac—are intended to stand out across all media through clear recognizability, timeless modernity and design, as well as strong adaptability and scalability.

“We have reached another important milestone in our transformation process. Our software solutions are now smarter, more integrated, and more future-oriented than ever. Our new brand clearly communicates this and unequivocally reflects our commitment to innovation,” explains Robert Klaffus, CEO of PSI Software SE.

The PSI Group develops software products to optimize energy and material flows for utilities and industry. As an independent software manufacturer with more than 2,300 employees, PSI has been a technology leader since 1969 in process control systems that ensure sustainable energy supply, production, and logistics by combining AI methods with industrially proven optimization processes. The innovative industry-specific products can be operated by the customer on-premises or in the cloud.
