The TXOne Networks joint venture will focus on security solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), including smart manufacturing, smart city and smart energy.

With TXOne Networks, the two companies are responding to industry's growing security needs. The plan includes uniform security solutions for intelligent factories that combine information technology (IT) and operating technology (OT). TXOne Networks will develop security gateways, endpoint agents, and network segmentation solutions that help companies protect, control and monitor their OT systems.
