Trend Micro and Moxa jointly secure the IIoT
Trend Micro and Moxa are entering a joint venture: the new company TXOne Networks will offer security solutions and services for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

The two companies are among the world leaders in their fields: Trend Micro from Japan is the world leader in server security wile Moxa from Taiwan is one of the leading manufacturers of solutions for industrial networking as well as computing and automation applications. The TXOne Networks joint venture will focus on security solutions for the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), including smart manufacturing, smart city and smart energy.
With TXOne Networks, the two companies are responding to industry's growing security needs. The plan includes uniform security solutions for intelligent factories that combine information technology (IT) and operating technology (OT). TXOne Networks will develop security gateways, endpoint agents, and network segmentation solutions that help companies protect, control and monitor their OT systems.
