Druseidt, based in Remscheid, is an established German company that has specialised in the development and production of innovative electrical engineering solutions since its foundation. It offers a wide range of products in the fields of measurement technology, automation, signal technology and safety technology. With tailor-made solutions and high quality standards, the company serves both industrial and private customers. Druseidt strives to remain a leading provider in its field through continuous research and development. Oliver Abrahams, Managing Director at Druseidt, says: ‘Our success is based on a clear principle: we focus on our customers and their needs. Innovation, quality, reproducible manufacturing processes and trust are the pillars on which we are shaping the future together.’
The Bergisch-based company's latest achievement is the introduction of highly flexible silicone cables with shielding (Cu braid vz plus optional foil). According to Druseidt, the silicone-coated round strands (10 to 300 square millimetres) offer maximum flexibility and safety – ideal for secure energy transmission and installation in confined spaces. The cables are designed for an operating voltage of 1.8/3 kilovolts in a temperature range from minus 50 to plus 180 degrees Celsius. They are also halogen-free and self-extinguishing and, as a sign of sustainability, REACH & RoHS compliant.
