One of the company's latest innovations is the new industrial high-speed pressure controller type CPC3050 from its US subsidiary Mensor. It is the most advanced device in a range of precision controllers to date; among other things, it is capable of performing a three-point final inspection in just ten seconds. It is also equipped with an innovative controller for rapid pressure control in industrial environments. This enables pressure increases of 25 percent to be performed in less than four seconds with an accuracy of 0.020 percent of full scale (FS).

With these metrics, the Mensor CPC3050 is predestined for industries such as oil and gas, power generation and automotive production to maximize throughputs. With its speed and precision, however, it is equally applicable in high-tech segments such as aerospace or pharmaceuticals. WIKA supplies the Mensor CPC3050 in high and low pressure versions with adjustable measuring ranges, a limit value ratio of 10:1 and automatic measuring range selection. In this way, it can be used almost anywhere for end-of-line testing and sensor verification.
