GP JOULE, the integrated energy provider based in Reußenköge in North Frisia, is now offering charging infrastructure in attractive rental and leasing models. The offer is aimed at commercial users for whom the purchase and construction of fixed charging infrastructure is not always worthwhile. The mobile charging solutions can be used, for example, at trade fairs and events, for short-term peaks in demand in the vehicle fleet or as an interim solution. This allows customers to use high-quality quick-charging stations for a flexible period of time, while also saving high acquisition costs and taking advantage of tax breaks.

‘Simply order, plug in and start charging: with our leasing and rental models, we are making e-mobility even easier,’ says Manuel Reich, Managing Director of GP JOULE CONNECT. “Our chargers can be used anywhere at short notice, and with flexible rental periods and an extension option, we are fully geared to our customers” needs.’

The rented charging stations can be easily connected to the power supply via a CEE plug or a Powerlock connection, without the need for any complicated commissioning. Thanks to delivery with a transport basket or mobile base, they can be used flexibly. Rental is on a monthly or annual basis. Long-term terms of up to four years offer tax advantages with a leasing rate starting at 2.4 per cent, conserve liquidity and are potentially balance sheet-neutral. At the end of the term, there is also the option to purchase the charging station.

Customers can choose the right device from a product portfolio with different charging capacities up to 150 kilowatts. For example, high-performance Alpitronic fast chargers such as the Alpitronic HYC300 with 75 or 150 kilowatts and the mobile 40-kilowatt charger from the Finnish manufacturer Kempower are available.
