Hanover, Germany. The FEMWORX Career Congress will celebrate its 23rd edition on 23-24 April 2026 at the Convention Center on the Hannover Exhibition Grounds as part of HANNOVER MESSE. Under the motto “Grow Together. Rise Higher.”, FEMWORX invites participants to actively shape the working world of today and tomorrow.

The Call for Insights – formerly known as Call for Papers – is now open. Interested contributors are invited to submit their proposals by 12 December 2025.

Topics of the Call for Insights

Submissions may address one of the following six focus areas:

  • Leadership: Leadership skills, female leadership, motivation, resilience
  • Entrepreneurship: Start-ups, self-employment, organizational development, diversity management
  • Career: Career planning, personal development, re-entry, intercultural skills
  • New Work: Future work environments, work-life balance, agility, sustainability
  • Finance: Financial planning, retirement planning, investments, financial literacy
  • Health: Prevention, mental health, gender care gap, self-care

    Who Can Apply?

    The Call for Insights is open to anyone eager to share their knowledge and experience—regardless of industry or background. We welcome:

  • Change-makers shaping the working world in companies, organizations, public institutions, and NGOs
  • Experts from academia, associations, and networks
  • Consultants and trainers
  • As well as all individuals with innovative ideas and impulses to share
  • Diverse Formats

    Possible formats include workshops, keynote impulses, panel discussions, live training sessions, or other creative and innovative approaches to presenting knowledge in a practical way.
