Hannover, Germany. The FEMWORX career congress promises to become one of the most successful networking and discussion events for women in terms of diversity, career advancement, sustainability, and new working environments. With the decision to make the congress an even more integral part of HANNOVER MESSE and extend its duration to two days, Deutsche Messe is responding to the wishes of the exhibitors: "The topic of career is at the top of the agenda for many companies. Especially in industry, there is a need for more women from the STEM sector in leadership positions. In staging the FEMWORX congress, we are enhancing women's career opportunities and providing a unique platform for knowledge exchange and networking," says Dr. Jochen Köckler, Chairman of the Managing Board of Deutsche Messe.
