Hannover, Germany.YOUR FUTURE, HANNOVER MESSE’s young talent initiative, offers young professionals, students, school pupils and trainees direct access to employers from various industrial sectors. Guided tours, presentations and personal discussions give young people first-hand insights into potential careers.
In addition to guided tours, the YOUR FUTURE exhibit in Hall 12 offers an inspiring supporting program and further opportunities for exchange.
“We developed YOUR FUTURE together with exhibitors and partners, because the need for young people in industry is enormous,” explained Basilios Triantafillos, Global Director of HANNOVER MESSE. “Our program offers exhibiting companies direct contact to young talent. Each company can configure their participation themselves – from guided tours to daily stage programs and YOUR FUTURE demo points to school excursion packages.”

“Apprentices are not only the heroes of tomorrow, but also of today. Our Future Heroes project empowers trainees and students to organize and staff our main exhibit on their own. By also participating in YOUR FUTURE, we want to show that training offers great development opportunities today,” said Timo Pfluger, training manager at ebm-pabst.
The world's leading industrial fair brings together exhibiting companies from the mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and digital industries as well as the energy sector to present solutions for future production methods and the energy supply.
