The Requirements

Beneficiaries are legally independent, young, innovative companies with new product and process developments that:

  • have their headquarters and business operations in the Federal Republic of Germany,
  • meet the current EU definition of a small enterprise (50 employees and annual balance sheet total or annual turnover of no more than €10 million)
  • and are less than 10 years old.

    The costs invoiced by the trade fair organizer for stand rental and stand construction within the framework of the group pavilion are eligible for funding. An exhibitor exhibiting at the BMWE joint stand will receive a maximum of 60% of the expenses (stand rental/stand construction) back.

    How it works

    Register with Deutsche Messe to participate in the group pavilion for young innovative companies no later than eight weeks before the start of HANNOVER MESSE.

    At the same time, submit an application for funding for trade fair participation to the Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA). Once the BAFA has determined your eligibility for funding, your registration to participate in the group pavilion will be effective.
