The IFG Ingolstadt AöR acts as a driver, service provider, coordinator, guide, and project initiator for Ingolstadt’s economy. Its goal is to promote a business-friendly environment and provide a foundation for an innovative and livable city.
As a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Ingolstadt, IFG develops business-related infrastructure, shapes tourism and urban spaces, markets municipal commercial properties, and supports both new investors and established companies. Networks, project expertise, and own facilities create optimal conditions for business success.
At the interface of science, business, and local government, IFG supports innovative initiatives in the mobility region Ingolstadt. This includes projects on resource-efficient transport and mobility concepts, autonomous driving and flying, demand-oriented public transport development, and alternative propulsion systems, actively shaping the future of mobility.
