PVT Plasma und Vakuum Technik GmbH, with its headquarter in Bensheim, close to Frankfurt, Germany, designs and manufactures vacuum coating systems and develops coating processes for the most complex thin film applications in the field of cutting tools, dies and molds, wear parts and components as well as other products made of steel, metal, carbide, ceramic and glass.
PVT developed for the fuel cell industry two different types of in-line systems. In both systems, with 4 respectively 3 chambers, different coating processes can be performed, whether it is PVD magnetron sputtering, arc evaporation or PE-CVD.
