SaxonQ GmbH develops and markets mobile quantum computers operating at room temperature. The semiconductor chip-based diamond quantum processor contains NV centers. Our patented NV qubit manufacturing process combines low energy ion implantation with high lateral resolution. This enables the fabrication of large qubit arrays consisting of individual NV centers with nanometer-scale precision and high yield. The connected nuclear qubits provide long coherence times and effective quantum information storage; multi-qubit operations are possible. SaxonQ's unique QC operate on a regular socket and are maintenance free. They offer advantages that enable widespread and effective usage of quantum technologies. A range of applications can be envisioned already today, and quantum algorithms written in Qiskit or openQASM can be executed on our quantum processor.
