SYSADVANCE provides full turnkey solutions for biogas upgrading. SYSADVANCE´s METHAGEN units are high efficiency systems based on VPSA technology, that produce high purity CH4, ensuring recovery rates up to 99%.
METHAGEN is designed to purify biogas from all possible sources, such as, landfill, anaerobic digestion of sludge in waste-water treatment plants, organic municipal waste, agricultural waste degraded in bio digestors, among others.
The METHAGEN system provides an option called BiOxygen.
• BiOxygen is an Oxygen PSA or VSA generator, with controlled injection system, for H2S reduction in digestor head-space, biological scrubber or activated carbon filters.
The main advantages are low operations cost, efficient Nitrogen and Oxygen removal, high CH4 purity (up to 99%), recovery and productivity, an eco-solution for H2S removal, as well as, ATEX Certification.
