At the Fraunhofer IPT, we are working on the networking and digitization of production, in particular the digital infrastructures required for this, from the field to the cloud level. To this end, we rely on the Fraunhofer Edge Cloud, an open IT test environment with which new concepts for digitized production can be developed and tested in practice without the cost-intensive investment of an in-house infrastructure.
