Our successful EMC actuator line-up is now extended with a real power package: the EMC-HP (High Power) electromechanical cylinder was specially developed for heavy load applications. Robust and compact, it guarantees a long service life and continuous performance even under the harshest conditions. This is achieved thanks to new sealing concepts (IP54), the optional unique water cooling on the drive screw itself, and maintenance-friendly lubrication. This makes the EMC-HP a highly reliable cylinder, even when subjected to continuous high forces.
Can be adapted flexibly to all machine concepts
A high-precision planetary screw assembly ensures exact positioning – with maximum control accuracy and dynamics. As a result, loads weighing several tons can be moved in an economic and energy-efficient manner at any time.
With the EMC-HP, you can set and change your parameters as you wish, achieve complex travel profiles and adapt to new processes and machine concepts with ease.
