With M-Tech® - Martin Technology, etched and laser-cut products can be replaced with precision stamping metal foils with simple geometry.As an economical alternative to chemical etching or laser fine-cutting, Georg Martin GmbH proposes product solutions with the lot sizes from 1 to 100,000 pieces per order, in which thin metal foils from 0.010 mm can be stamped according to customer's drawing.Whether foils or full-layered laminates, several basic materials are proposed by a range of conventional metallic materials or even PETP polyester foils.Therefore, the products can be adapted optimally to the intended use such as shims, spacers or adjusting elements. Several aspects can be considered depending on the applications such as;- compressive strength- contact corrosion behavior- electrical insulation- fast handling- required adjusting accuracy- or lamination with self-adhesive films for membranes and paint masks.
