The N20K48 PID controller has been designed with focus on the fourth industrial revolution. An innovative modular concept guarantees scalable connectivity, I/O and features through a wide series of ClickNGo modules. While a high performance algorithm performs fast and accurate PID control from a local or wireless input, real time process data is pushed to the cloud feeding the plant management system. Equipment diagnosis data is displayed on a smartphone App via Bluetooth and remote support assistance can be requested when necessary.
Its excellent cost-effective expansion micromodules allow for scalability of I/O, features and connectivity, in addition to being a single controller model for all family, which avoids dealing with specific and expensive models, allowing easy spare parts inventory management. The NOVUS ClickNGo technology for N20K48 micromodules ensures expandable capacity for more demanding applications and standardizes the learning and training of industry technical staff.
With the new WiFi micro module our controller becomes IoT, being able to be configured and monitored over the Modbus TCP, and allowing even the most basic machinery to be connected and monitored in real time.
