With its modular expansion capability, the UMG 801 is optimally suited to cover the complete range of needs in an energy management system (according to ISO 50001). It deliverstransparency concerning energy consumption and energy costs at all measurement levels.
Expansion modules for the UMG 801 can be connected using a click system. The power supply and data transmission are realised via an integrated bus system. This means that the modules do not require any additional external cabling and you save time and effort during installation. Expansion modules allow you to add digital inputs and additional current measurement channels to the basic device as required. You can choose between modules with conventional current measurement inputs or low-power inputs, which offer you additional space and cost savings as well as work safety. The basic device can be easily expanded to up to 92 current measurement channels, 144 digital inputs or a combination.
With the connector modules, you can install your expansion modules where they are needed by connecting modules up to 100 metres away from the base device.
With the RD 96 remote display, the measured values from the UMG 801 and its connected modules can be conveniently visualized directly on the switchboard cabinet – without opening the switchboard cabinet door. In addition, the UMG 801 and its modules can be configured via the display.
