PALLITE® Shipping Crates are produced from our super strong 25mm reinforced honeycomb paper cardboard wall and can hold up to 750kg.
All our standard boxes and custom shipping crates are ISPM-15 certified and export ready, which makes them perfect for shipping in the EU or around the globe.
We produce all of our products out of our Belgium manufacturing site providing the flexibility to produce custom designed shipping crates specific to your product’s dimensions. On site CAD designers and expert sales professionals can work with customers to provide the best possible shipping crate solution with bespoke inserts to protect products of all sizes. Our CNC machine can produce fitments for our boxes to provide the ultimate protection and less damage during transit.
Weighing from just 12.4kg a PALLITE® shipping crate is up to 83% lighter than a comparable wooden shipping crate reducing your overall consignment weight, also saving you money and helping reduce your CO2 emissions.
Our shipping boxes arrive at your premises flat packed and palletised for ease of storage and can be built simply and quickly, ready for use.
PALLITE® shipping crates can be produced with a paper pallet base or we can provide the sleeves and lids for customers to use with their own pallets.
