CMS Meccanica Tonon Srl is able to guarantee complete services to its Italian and foreign customers, we work on special projects and mechanical components made of any material.
We have a large automated warehouse, where we store raw materials immediately available and traceable, a second warehouse of finished products for orders ready for delivery.
Required material that is not available is sourced from trusted companies.
ur core business is special single pieces, or limited runs of 20-30 pcs, maximum range is 5,000-10,000 pcs.
Our fleet of around 35 machines allows us to be autonomous, on practically all mechanical machining operations, from turning d=70mm with resumption up to d=450mm to milling with 5-axis machining centres the maximum machinable dimensions of our products are 3000x1000x1000mm, Wire and Tuff EDM machines allow us to create parts with special requirements.
Throughout our history CMS has produced different types of parts with many different materials.
We are able to provide turning, milling, EDM and grinding, ultrasonic and Clean Room cleaning.
We have our own Metrology Room complete with a Zeiss Contura 2 Portal capable of measuring Micron on special productions, attaching measurement reports, a further added value is our ‘cleaning room’ for companies in the medical sector or electronics chip manufacturers where cleaning and decontamination is mandatory.
For coatings and galvanic treatments, we have a number of high-level collaborating companies as a point of reference; we can attach raw material and dimensional certificates on request.
