Prosys OPC UA Forge is a software tool that allows users to connect to OPC UA servers and access operational data from sensors, devices, machines, and automation systems. The application also enables the harmonization of data using information modeling and normalization and the publication of data to MES, ERP, IoT, and other IT systems using OPC UA.
Prosys OPC UA Forge provides a single point of access to all data, improving network control and security. It also allows for easy onboarding and reconfiguration of IT systems and production equipment and scaling to multiple production sites.
Additionally, the tool enables the mapping and organizing of underlying data into information models based on industry standards, resulting in a unified address space that streamlines OT data acquisition for IT systems. Finally, Prosys OPC UA Forge runs on virtually any hardware and operating system, including container systems such as Docker.
